Declaration on Violence Against Women
I found this declaration in a newsletter from our local women's crisis center. The declaration is signed by several religious leaders, including Brian McLaren. It's quite powerful. Also, there is an opportunity for each of us to add our name to the declaration.

Our church is going to highlight this declaration and discuss domestic violence and our opportunity to serve with our community in this area. We're going to do so on Sunday, November 19th (November 25th is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women).
