Women and Emergent
As Lydia pointed out below, the new Emergent Village site is up and running. It is still in process, but it looks great and has some fantastic resources. You can easily connect with local cohorts and their blogs (thanks Sarah for all your work on that!). There are also two (so far) special interest groups - one for theology and the other for women. There is a whole new emerging women website in progress as well.

Check out the Emerging Women Group . They also need women to use their voice and submit articles. As the site says - "The women of the emergent movement have much to say! Are you one of them? We welcome you to write and participate in our conversations here and elsewhere on the web.Submit short articles on any topic. Here in the Women’s Group, we are currently seeking articles on how gender informs your faith journey, and the joys or trials you face along the way. Within this group we will explore all aspects of our faith and theology as time goes by, so please feel free to write as your heart dictates. We wish the original content to be short, strong articles: 1,000 words or less. This is going to evolve as we develop an online presence that will provide more and more outlets for expression."

I'm excited about this and can't wait to see what develops out of it. Check it out, lend your voice, and continue moving the conversation forward.
