2006 Emerging Women's Voices Gathering Update
Great News! More conversation hosts have accepted the invitation to our VA Beach Gathering, October 1-3, 2006. Here are a few more: Dr. Mara Crabtree will lead a conversation about egalitarian leadership as Jesus introduced in the Gospels, Sarah Notton will host a conversation about new, fresh ideas for beginning emerging groups focused on the Christian journey and conversation (including starting up emerging co-horts.) Tracy Lewis, MDIV grad, will lead us in a prophetic look at the two moms of I Kings 3 who were impassionately engaged in a 'custody court battle' for one baby, Rev. Heather Kirk-Davidoff from MD will unpack the 'Art of Conversation' and how this gift is essential for communicating the Gospel in the emerging church. More to come ...
Sounds like a great conference. Wish I could attend. :)
